This privacy policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), and, insofar as not contrary to the aforementioned, Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and its implementing regulations, and/or any that may replace or update them in the future.

Our organisation is committed to the privacy of your personal data. The personal data provided are necessary to provide our services and are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, ensuring appropriate security, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage by applying technical and organisational measures.

Through this document we aim to provide you, in a transparent and fair manner, with all necessary information regarding the processing of your personal data carried out by this organisation.

II. Recipients of personal data

  • The personal data provided will not be assigned to any recipient unless so provided in specific processing operations.
  • Optionally, for contracting cloud computing services and/or services for sending emails, communications and other related IT services, personal data may be:
    • Provided to IT service companies located within the European Economic Area (EEA), or

  • Optionally, to public administrations and other bodies when required in compliance with legal obligations.

IV. Rights

Right of access

The right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the following information: processing purposes, categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients, storage period or criteria to determine it, the right to request rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing, to object to processing, the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), the existence, where applicable, of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, where data are transferred to third countries, the right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards applied.

Right to rectification

The right to request rectification of your personal data if inaccurate, including the right to have incomplete data completed. By providing personal data by any means, you warrant that they are true and accurate and undertake to notify us of any change or modification. Any harm caused due to erroneous, inaccurate or incomplete information in web forms shall be the sole responsibility of the data subject.

Right to erasure

The right to request the erasure of your personal data when, among other reasons, they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, are processed otherwise, or you withdraw consent. Erasure shall not apply where processing is necessary, among other reasons, for compliance with legal obligations or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Right to restriction

The right to request restriction of processing of your personal data, meaning that in certain cases you may ask us to temporarily suspend processing or to retain the data beyond the necessary time when you may need them.

Right to withdraw consent

The right to withdraw consent given by ticking “I have read and accept the privacy policy” at any time, as specified under “Exercise of rights” or in the specific processing operation for commercial communications or Newsletter. This right shall have no effect where, among other cases, processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to perform and maintain a contractual relationship, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Withdrawal has no retroactive effect.

Right to data portability

The right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit those data to another controller, provided that processing is based on your consent and is carried out by automated means.

Right to object

The right to object to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interest. We will no longer process your data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

V. Processing of personal data

General provisions

The personal data requested in each specific processing are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed (data minimisation). The data requested are strictly necessary; refusal to provide them would make it impossible to provide the requested service.

Disclosures of personal data provided for in each specific processing are in some cases necessary for the execution and maintenance of a contract and, in others, for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the controller.

Should this website use online chat software, provided as self-service to offer users an appropriate and quick response to frequent questions and to improve customer care, the following data will be processed during the conversation with the “chat bot”: IP address and other personal data entered in the chat function. The collected data will not be used to personally identify the website visitor, nor merged with personal data of the pseudonymous holder, unless personal data are provided voluntarily when using the online chat. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact form

Personal data will be processed to handle requests for information, suggestions and complaints from users or customers. The legal basis is express consent by ticking “I have read and accept the privacy policy”. Personal data will be kept for a period of two years from the moment processing ceases, without prejudice to the data subject’s rights.

Commercial communications / Newsletter form

Personal data will be processed to manage your subscription to our Newsletter, including the sending of personalised or non-personalised information about our products or services by various means such as telephone, email, SMS, mobile apps and similar methods. This processing may involve analysis of your user profile to determine your preferences and to send information better suited to your interests.

You may unsubscribe from this type of processing, depending on the medium used, as follows:

  • Email: via the link provided in each electronic communication or a similar procedure specified in the commercial communication.
  • WhatsApp (other apps): by requesting unsubscription.
  • SMS: by requesting unsubscription.

The legal basis is express consent given by: ticking “I have read and accept the privacy policy” on the website, via a physical document or by email, as the case may be. If WhatsApp is used, personal data will be provided to WhatsApp Ireland Limited, located within the EEA. Personal data will be kept until you withdraw consent as indicated.
